Walk out the door to the left and see the Sunsphere and Worlds Fair Park and UT, go to the right and walk towards the market area, or towards the river and South Knoxville. We picked it for convenience to walk everywhere, which we did. 「This is a great place to stay if you want to experience true lake life! There was plenty of space and the owner was very fast to answer any questions! Floating houses do have their quirks and limitations similar to an RV or camper, so prepare accordingly. We'd definitely book again!」

We walked up a steep hill with rocks not knowing how to access the front door. The only other way to access is through front door which is not accessible with a car. Delay getting in. 「My family joked the entire stay that this is the only place we’ve ever stayed that is even nicer than the already incredible photos.
