Your family will be close to everything including shopping, dining, activities, beaches and airport when you stay at this centrally-located place. Enjoy beautiful view of the flora, steps away from the Wailoa River state park, watch Nene, ducks and Koi. Or enjoy your morning Kona coffee in large Balcony over look the pool and Waiakea pond.
A perfect place for remote worker, travel nurse, small family, students!

This is studio/condo is located on the first floor in beautiful Waiakea Villas Hilo with on-site 24/7 security by Aloha Security:
1) One queen size bed with a futon that can be converted to a full size bed.
2) twin pull out sleeper sofa
3) air mattresses (please request)
4) Essential kitchenwares, instant pot, air fryer, electric cooktop, microwave and refrigerator.
5) large outdoor dining table in the balcony
6) new smart TV
7) desk space
8) Excellent Free WI-FI 200 mbps and free parkings are included.
9) Pool and coin laundry are available.

Please go on Hualani street to access parking lot to building #3.

Other things to note
GPS may direct to Building 8. Please turn right on Malilani Street to arrive our Building #3 if you drive from Hilo airport.
