It was perfect for me in all ways - fantastic location, nice complex, very clean, lovely lanai, close to a beautiful park for walks/jogs. Various places to eat or get groceries that are within a 10 min walk or a couple of mins drive. Maggie was an exceptional host, very quick to respond and very kind to me on my arrival after a 25h trip. “This place has no A/C and nowhere on the description does it list this. I came to Hawai'i to be comfortable, not stiffled nightly by humidity. The owner refused a partial refund for a 2 week stay after I expressed not wanting to stay here. I didn't expect a full refund, but at least half would have been nice. Never again using this app or service.”

“Booked room for 11 days. Room seemed nice upon check in. However, on day 4 we requested housekeeping and were told there were linens in our room we could change our bedding ourselves. Only 4 towels for the 2 of us and our responsibility to wash and when we ran out of tp we were told they do not supply more than what was in the room 2 rolls.
