「Incredibly good deal for the price. No elevator but my unit was a mini apartment with sofa bed, kitchenette stocked with utensils, cookware and real plates and glasses. Fridge/freezer was much larger than the under counter units in bigger chain hotels. There was even a washer/ dryer. Better than an Extended Stay in that regard. 「Wonderful staff! Very close to the airport, downtown, and stadium. Room was clean. If you are traveling with anyone who has mobility issues, some rooms are located far from the lobby. There are no stairs for rooms on the upper level. We could hear people outside of our room passing by and talking and going up the stairs with their luggage. Hard to fall asleep with the noise. 」

「Room was 241 was horrible. When asked the owner to correct the issues They just accused us of insane things and ignored us. We paid to move respond. Expedia only reimbursed 1/2 because owner said they addressed it even though they didn’t. We had many pictures showing issues and zero attempt was made to correct it. Will we be use Expedia gain 」

Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. My plane changed after booking so I had to extend my time with a late checkout, which I paid almost a whole day for to check out at 5 pm instead of 10 am.
