We had a wonderful stay at this place. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the host Kelly was incredibly kind and thoughtful, providing everything we might need during our stay. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. Overall, it was a warm and welcoming experience, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Kelly was a wonderful host. Since she had cancellations while we were there (Jan 2026) she upgraded us to the master with ensuite. There are 3 bedrooms in total. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were all kinds of snacks and coffee, tea, milk available. Kelly made lovely breakfast for us each morning and was so accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay. It is about 30 minutes drive from Hilo. You do need a car. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this B&B. Thank you Kelly and Roger for a great stay as we explored the Hilo area.

Was a great place to stay during my short trip to the Big Island. Kelly was a warm and welcoming host and the place was neat and tidy. Breakfast was offered along with snacks, muffins, and plenty of ice cream!

The property is lovely! The night sky view is phenomenal! Parking is easy! The receiving staff was amazing! She stayed up waiting for our arrival to show us where to find all important items; like first aid kit, restroom, and coffee!! She was extremely welcoming!! The breakfast was great! Hoomaikai Blessings

It is a very interesting place. There is no air conditioning, so you hear all of the nature sounds - most of which I couldn't identify. It is unbelievably clean!!! The owner has much pride in it. The wife shared with me all of her dreams for the place - including a hot tub, an additional garden space, a space for chickens and an office for her.

We stayed here for almost two weeks. Kelly was amazing. She was always whipping up different types of breakfasts. She was so cute and so talkative. Her food was really good. (If you are like me however, ask for pancakes or french toast or crepes) she loves to cook Mexican style breakfast but it didn’t always sit right with me. Then I told her about and she said, “well you should have told me earlier!” We both laughed. And it was excellent there after. Her place is very cozy and calm. I loved how clean everything was and I love that she had the filtered water. I filled my water bottle with it everyday. She had lots of treats and ice creams for us. All included of course! She was so sweet, I hope to someday go back and bring my adult children. :) Thank you Kelly! Staying with you made the trip even better! We love you “Auntie!” Love Kyle and Stef
