「我們此行共有5人，入住2晚，選擇房型是Pi'i Mauna House，有2間雙人房、1個沙發床、2個浴室、2個客廳、1個廚房和戶外庭院。旅館很細心，準備了很多實用的生活用品，讓我們住的很舒適。 旅館服務人員很友善，耐心的回答我們有關住宿的任何問題。由於我們第1天晚上9點到10點之間才能check-in，旅館人員擔心我們找不到有一段距離遠的獨棟別墅，但其實比想像中好找，不太容易迷路。 早餐很豐盛好吃，服務人員很熱情，讓人感受到度假的快樂氣氛。 因為第3天我們要去火山口健行，事先向旅館餐廳訂購了早餐盒，我們分別選了火雞和火腿兩種口味的三明治，早餐盒裡除了三明治，還有洋芋片、一片巧克力餅乾、一瓶水。三明治很好吃，值得訂購，相當方便～」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Volcano Forest Inn. The large room, access to the full kitchen/common area, the quiet location surrounded by the rainforest, and the private deck allowed us to enjoy a relaxing visit. 「What a great place! Gorgeous view every day you stepped outside, great bedroom space with comfortable beds, and a spacious bathroom. 「This was our first time staying at this property and loved it. The view was spectacular. Such a peaceful location just a few miles from downtown. I was a little nervous about there being no AC but it was not a problem at all despite the high temps during the day. The only downside was someone parking in our spot. The situation was eventually remedied. Definitely recommended. Will see if this place is available next time we visit Hilo.」
