「Our family of 4 really enjoyed staying here! The property is in a nice, safe neighborhood with a coded security gate and is very well kept. We enjoyed comfortable sleeping arrangements, plush towels, a well-supplied kitchen (tools/small appliances/dishes/spices), washer/dryer with detergent, filtered drinking water, A/C and ceiling fans to keep comfortably cool, Wifi, streaming services and what came in really handy was a cooler with ice packs for our daily excursions around the area. 「We only needed beds for one night and this worked out well for us. Communication with the owner was excellent. The location was perfect. We arrived after most business on the street were closed, so parking was easy to find. We left before sunrise to get an early start on our sightseeing and drive back to Kona.」

「The property was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the sounds of the coqui frogs and didn’t mind the chickens. It would get stuffy during the day, but it cooled down at night. The fans pretty much blocked out any outside noise. The owner communicated promptly and we had no issues while there. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Perfect location for 2 people visiting Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Staying this close made it easy to get to the park to see the latest eruption. The garden on site is beautiful. Some other reviews complained about not having hot water, the host clearly states it takes a while, so just give it time. And yes we saw a spider, took two seconds to remedy that. It's in the middle of a rainforest which is beautiful, but if you want to be in nature, you might just see nature. So don't let those...
