"The breakfast was good but they don’t let you take it to your room"

"We had asked for 2 rooms that were closer to each other, while we were provided with 1 room around checkin time- the other room was not given to us almost 1.5 hrs later to the checkin time. The property overall is good and the experience was great! But the checkin experience left a bad taste. With long flights and tiring journey, we expected to have our rooms available atleast when the checkin time arrives."

"The staff here are amazing! Valet, bell desk, front desk, housekeeping, bartenders, everyone I encountered was so helpful and friendly. Our rooms got cleaned everyday which was amazing and we got a cute scrapbook from Shutterfly as a free gift & my son got a seashell Lei & they gave us a really helpful map of the island & recommendations of places to go. There are so many restaurants and shops inside the resort also within short walking distance. We enjoyed the ocean view from our balcony and loved watching the sunset every night. We were right on the beach which was perfect for my 5 year old, very much kid friendly. Overall amazing hotel & would definitely stay again when we come back to Waikiki."

"We were upgraded to a deluxe ocean view room. The room and premises were gorgeous. Staff including the cultural activities were top notch we took full advantage of the pool area and water slides. The biggest inconvenience was trying to find a couple of chairs to relax and to keep our stuff while enjoying the pool. So many people reserve seats and don’t use the chairs. It was incredibly frustrating. I knew this from reading the reviews ahead of time and it was still frustrating as we tried to get an early start our second day and were still late to grab chairs. The adult pool is less crowded. "
