「Room was outdated but clean. Airport shuttle runs every hour to airport which is convenient. However, you need to make a phone call to hotel in order to have shuttle from airport.」

「Good location」

The bed sheets and covers were dusty and there's visible stains. When I called the front desk to request a change, the staff member was incredibly dismissive. They pointed at a coffee stain and told me it was 'too small' to worry about, even claiming they couldn't guarantee that other sheets would be any cleaner. While we...

「Great location, friendly service. Will stay next time. 」

「Unfortunately, my stay at White Sands Hotel was far from enjoyable and did not meet my expectations. While the hotel benefits from a convenient location near Waikiki Beach, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, the overall condition of the property left much to be desired. The bathrooms were noticeably dirty, the room had a strange, unpleasant odor, and the corridors throughout the property appeared poorly maintained. Housekeeping was disappointing, with a clear lack of attention to cleanliness...
