“My family stayed at this wonderful Kailua home for 6 weeks in May/June and had an incredible experience! The property location and view from the main living space are perfection and the house had everything to offer that we were looking for. Hailey (house manager) and Ramon (house maintenance) were so pleasant to work with whenever we needed anything. We have two kids and we ventured between the pool (on the garden side of the home) and hot tub (on the ocean side) all day long. The upstairs……

“The room was cleanish, the floors weren't the best. The room definitely showed it's age, except for the kitchenette and fridge. The window a/c was on the floor blowing against the bathroom door and the kitchen cabinet. So you really had to crank it up to get the room to cool down. My main complaint is for the noise. The room is on the second floor, and the doors to the patio are old. So ALL street noise, at all hours comes in. Also, the door to the room that leads to the hotel hallway is 20ft……

“Great little place just a couple blocks from the beach with great little grocery around the corner and larger groceries just a few blocks away. Balcony is lovely this time of year in the morning and evening; gets direct sun in the afternoon. Plenty of quality amenities (towels, cookware, etc) to make it a very comfortable stay. And multiple coin-operated washers and dryers for guests/residents; I did laundry three times and never had to wait for available machines. ”
