"This is a small hotel owned by SONO, not a well known resort. We stayed here a week because my husband had work and this was one of the government rate approved hotels.
I would not refer to this property as a resort, only because it does not have the same amenities expected at Waikiki resorts. We had an issue with our initial room, the hotel front desk resolved the issue quickly.

>Friendly staff- beginning with front desk all the way to cleaning staff

>Mostly adult patrons
>Rooms have fridge, wet bar, Kuerig coffee machine, water kettle, a few dishes & microwave
>Air Conditioning
>Rooms have balconies
>Parking available for $45 per day which is LESS than most Waikiki properties
CONS
>Small pool (clean), no umbrellas, no poolside service. (Allowed me to doordash food to pool area)
>Rooms are a bit dated, could use some freshening up (paint, furnishings are not modern)
>Beach towels available, guests must retrieve and return them from basement/garage
>Small car garage"
