2nd stay here. This time 20 days. For what u get. No resort fees, free parking n location it cant b beat. If u r the kind that wants 2 b pampered n waited on its not for u. But u will pay much more for that kind of service.

The staff are very attentive, and professional. Customer service is the gold standard.

We love this hotel! 3rd time back since our honeymoon and it was our son first time in Hawaii! We were there celebrating our 10 year anniversary and our son turning 4 years old! Although for the most part we enjoyed our stayed. We just wished we were informed about it being pride week and that the hotel would be hosting a pool party because we might have picked a different week to stay there since the pool area was pretty wild crazy and to much for my son to be around. Also during our stay we did experience where the plumbing didn’t work and brown water was coming out for 30mins without notice and we had to call down to ask why… We asked for housekeeping a couple times before we left for long periods of time. 2 days we called down at 8am and told them we would be out for most of the day and when we got back at 3pm our room was still not cleaned so we had to call twice more and had to leave the room again so housekeeping can do their thing. We got breakfast and we didn’t know it wasn’t apart of the longboard area and it would be in the swell although food was great we just wished we had access to longboard for more convenience for our family
