Honolulu Waikiki Beach Walk Hotels

"Everything was fine. The beach is so overcrowded and the pool is too. The pool is very small. The beach is public so tons of people. Everything is an upcharge, we very much felt things were expensive even by Hawaii standards. Service and meals at the restaurants were very good, especially lunch. The room didn’t get cleaned til like 5:00 every day but it was ok. The spa was very nice and the outdoor huts for massages were so very nice. Overall I don’t think Royal Hawaiian should be among the expensive hotels anymore. It’s dated and needs renovating. But it is a pretty place. "

"Staff were extremely nice. However the sanitation of this place needs extra work. Shower sprinkler was filled with moss. Tables, sofa, and AC was dirty when I use a wet cloth to wipe the surface on my first day in the room. "

"Hotel needs a revamp. Gym is very small and outdated, rooms are old. It works for a place to sleep on the strip, but if you like the finer details like nice bedding, quiet rooms, modern bathrooms, then you’ll want to look elsewhere."
