John, at the front desk, was amazing and a wealth of knowledge for places to eat and do in the area. The location was perfect to shops, dining, buses and the beach! I highly recommend this hotel if you are going to Waikiki!

The service at this hotel is magnificent. The location is convenient and the breakfast is delicious. The rooms are small but they make up for it with closeness to the beach and willingness to go above and beyond for their guests.

The room was sufficient for the price. Their rooms are dated, there is no balcony, but some rooms will have a view of the beach. Regardless, the rooms are very clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. There are beach items that are free to use — boogieboards, chairs, umbrellas, cooler bags — making life so easy if you feel like lounging on the beach which is 2 blocks away.

The welcoming staff—specially Marshall was very accommodating! My favorite part is when they text before our stay, that made us feel we were expected, everything is prepared and ready. Whenever we needed anything, it was provided right away. The breakfast was great! Not too overwhelming def helpful to start up your day. The rooms were very clean. It helps as well that the beach stuff was provided. Thank you so much, Vive! We will be back!

The front desk was amazing… Fresh pineapple juice when you arrive. Room was clean… Had everything we needed! Great amenities… Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards. I will definitely recommend this hotel near Waikiki Beach… Three minute walk. And don’t forget the free breakfast!

The best thing we liked about the hotel was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Hotel was clean and we were walking distance to everything. Great location. The only downfall was our room was small. Would stay there again.
