“Like: Large/spacious condo. good snorkeling bay nearby, 3 pools, ocean view, covered parking. pickle ball. well kept property and grounds. Most stuff was labeled in condo. Cable and internet TV. Gated community for security.
Dislike: have to pay extra for A/C, but good window ventilation, so we didn't quite need it in August except one night. Some tricks w/ TV/remotes, TV didn't work in twin bedroom. Pools had concession/drink stands but those weren't open to get a complete resort feel. Vending……

“Great location. Easy walk into the heart of Ali'i Dr. shops and restaurants. Nice room, had everything we needed. Elevator wasn't working, didn't bother us as we were on a lower floor, but those above us didn't have it so easy. We were told the "parts were on order". Hot tub by pool also wasn't working, were going to call in someone to "look at it". Pool was perfect. Would definitely return. Beautiful scenery. ”

“It was lovely, clean, beautiful view of the water, very safe, free parking, a wonderful place to wine down and relax, great coffee and comfortable beds, and lots of fresh air, I would recommend coming here and unwinding from city life. They even have everything you need to go to the beach or surfing, we where greet and welcomed by the owner with smile and open arms, that made us feel right at home, thank you, I will be coming and recommend this place to all our friends and family. ”

“Easily the best VRBO experience we've ever had. The property is super clean and well equipped; the rate is reasonable for Hawaii and less than 10 minutes from shopping in Kona. “The sunsets were amazing from this property. I truly enjoyed watching them every night. There were 13 family members staying at the house and there was plenty of room. Being my 60th birthday, my husband and I had the master bedroom. I thought it was fantastic, especially the lanai. Nancy was quick to respond with any questions. “This place was perfect for us. Loved the Hawaiian decor. Even though on first floor, the ocean front lanai is still above the rocks and seawall, just gorgeous view of the ocean. “Very well appointed condo. It was clean, easy to find and described as the listing. There were clear instructions on how to access all of the amenities. We loved the location and the nice breeze we got with the security door and lanai doors open. The bed was super comfy, and we felt “at home”. The decor was absolutely beautiful. ”
