「The property is advertised as a premium accommodation with a 10/10 rating; however, based on our experience, it did not meet that standard. I would rate it closer to a 7.Upon arrival, there was an unpleasant odor throughout the home, and the property appeared quite dated. The furnishings, appliances, and overall condition felt old. Cleanliness was below expectations, with visible sand and dirt in the bedrooms and bathrooms, stained linens, and some broken furniture.The location is not convenient...

「Beautiful view and good responsive management. When we arrived it was not cleaned but they were quick to respond and waived cleaning fee. The unit is spacious with beautiful ocean views but there was no AC and it has a bug problem and should be fumigated. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated the TV has no live steam option in family room but did have it in the bedrooms which was nice. 「Our family of six had a wonderful stay here! Dan was quick to respond both prior to our stay as well as while we were there. We were very appreciative of his flexibility when our flight home was delayed by nine hours! The location was great as were the amenities. We really appreciated the starter amounts of bathroom and cleaning supplies. It was also great to have some beach equipment, such as chairs, boogie boards and snorkel devices.
