「Room was too outdated. Staff were fantastic, Didn’t have to use the hot tub and spa. Parking charges is ridiculously expensive although knew that per booking. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet every day to start our day and had a great time mainly relaxing by the pool and walks on the beach. 」

「This was our first stay in Kauai and it was definitely memorable. The property was under construction and we had to take three elevators to get to the pool as the main lobby was closed for renovations. Several other things were also closed such as a portion of the pool and the gym. We had an issue with roaches…. It was raining and on the first night we found one roach and didn’t think much of it as there was severe rain and we were on the second floor. Woke up in the middle of the night and...
