Better than A Spa Day

We were so excited about the trip and it was better than expected. With a wide range of age groups, 5-68, everyone had something to do. Swim in the heated pool, soak in the hot tub, sit in the sauna, shoot pool, play games, etc. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking or we were a short bike ride to Coligny for restaurants. Easy walk to the beach and very quiet neighborhood. This is a must stay at HH.

Great house in a great location. Far enough away from the town so the beach wasn’t crowded, yet close enough for a morning or evening stroll for coffee and ice cream. Pool was a big hit after a day at the beach.

Beautiful week at Hilton Head

This was a magnificent home very close to the beach. We had plenty of room for our family and the pool area/lanai was used all the time. We would definitely come back to the same location.

Very nice property, as with all big houses, there were a few items of note, which we shared with management company. I’m sure they will be corrected, and were minor and didn’t really impact our stay. Pictures don’t do the house justice, it was very beautiful. Perfect location. We have visited Hilton Head before, but this was the best place we’ve been. Would certainly stay here again.

overall, we were pleased with the home and proximity to ocean, and the covered pool was outstanding....however, some improvements should be considered like furniture updates, repairs to cupboards, plumbing in one bathroom, appliance efficiency, front door handle repair.....the property worked great for all our family

Great vacation!

We loved our vacation in Hilton Head! The house was really great for our group of 18. It had everything we needed! The only thing negative I would say is that the living room furniture was a little weary looking. And we never sat at the dining table because it was tucked away behind the kitchen in a very closed off area. Everything else was just perfect!

Perfect family vacation

The house was amazing. Exactly as it appeared in pictures. So many wonderful amenities - 2 dishwashers, outdoor shower for sandy feet, wonderful windows, great gathering space in- and out-doors. Family of 9 adults and 2 babies were very comfortable. Easy walk to beach. Nice bag of toiletries in each bathroom. Plenty of space for everyone. Could not have asked for anything else. Absolutely perfect. Would love to return.

Thanksgiving Vacation 2022

This was the perfect place for our family vacation! The house was clean and very spacious. Plenty of room in the kitchen for multiple people to work together to prepare meals. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The full bathrooms have showers. The 3 1/2 baths are well placed so you don't have to go into a bedrooms to use the bathroom. The beds are VERY comfortable. Due to being there in November, we had the pool heated so we were able swim everyday and use the hot tub. Fabulous! Also with being so close to the beach, we were able to walk to the beach one morning. The restaurants and shops were close but yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. All in all this house is at the top of our list of houses to re visit. Thanks to the wonderful management team who went above and beyond with their hospitality.

Fantastic stay from start to finish!

This is a wonderfully maintained and appointed property! Each year we book a house for a group family getaway. We typically have 20+ people traveling from theee different states. We have booked houses in Fl, GA, SC and NC for the past 10 years. This house has the most well appointed kitchen of any property we have ever rented. Each time someone asked if there was a particular kitchen item that was needed , we only had to open a cabinet or a drawer and Viola! there it was! The house was very clean and came supplied with enough starter supplies to get us through most of our stay. We brought extra toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags, etc and we only had to break into our stash the last day. The rooms are large and comfortable with high quality bedding. For those of you that have rented a higher end house only to arrive to find bedding that felt and looked like it was bought at a yard sale you will not be disappointed with the bedding in this house. The bathrooms are also large with enough room for a family of 4 to maneuver around as needed The outdoor area is fantastic and the heated pool and jacuzzi was a big hit due to our January visit. Controls were easy to use, and the outdoor grill cane in handy. The house is close enough to restaurants, activities and shopping. We never had to travel far to get anywhere we wanted to go. We would 100% book this house again. Kudos to the responsive mgmt company, who were never more than an email or phone call away when we had a couple of questions during our stay.
