3 Bedroom, 3 Bath Oceanside Beach Villa

This Murray Villa #10 is one of only 30 Villas in the Hilton Head Beach Villa oceanfront complex, with an expansive and attractive courtyard with a new larger pool in May 2024 and outside shower for guests only. This very large Split-Level Villa includes 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining area with cathedral ceiling. Villa completely renovated in 2020. Both living areas, as well as kitchen, dining area, patio and balcony have excellent views.
Two primary bedrooms are located on the upper level and each features a king-size bed and private bath with shower – one bath also has a tub. The third bedroom with two twin beds is located on the lower level off the den area. A bath on the entry level serves this bedroom. Linens and towels are provided; except for beach towels. No smoking and no pets are strictly enforced.

Laundry room with washer/dryer is located on entry level.The den area is a second gathering spot for TV-watching or game playing. Sliding glass doors lead to your own private patio with chairs, table and charcoal grill as well as park-like grounds featuring a new communal pool with a large sun deck and chaise lounges. Just beyond the garden area is private access to the famous Hilton Head Island sandy beaches. Free Wi-Fi included.
Bike paths abound the area and easily connect to Coligny Plaza, Harbor Town, Shelter Cove and South Beach etc. Numerous bike rentals available within walking distance and beach rentals are also available. Our complex of villas are now a gated community and give you and/or family the security of a great vacation villa.

Overall it was a nice place, the bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The towels provided were on the thin side for comfort. All paper products were provided with a well stock cabinets of pllates, glasses, utensils and cooking pans Laundry & dishwater detergent were also provided. Our adult children enjoyed the pool . The manger was quick to answer our emails prior to arriving on dinner recommendations Our only real complaint was how to get to the board walk, it was through a swampy grass area and the mosquitoes swarm you when cleaning your feet off in the shower area , but that’s the grounds department.

Beautiful peaceful property close to restaurants and shopping. Family friendly gated community. Well stocked kitchen, books, and for the beach: chairs (4), umbrella, body boards, nets, cooler. Only TVs are in the living areas. Plenty of patio and balcony seating. Would recommend and will stay again! Thank you!

Great stay in Hilton Head

We had a very comfortable stay. A nice gated community with an updated pool. Ocean front with a small field (for soccer or football) between the pool and ocean. Very quiet and calm community. Inside so comfortable. Three floors with a walkout basement. Spacious. Accomodates six with two king rooms and a room with two twins and 7-8 with a pullout couch.

We had such a wonderful stay. The two separate dens was convenient for monitoring incoming Hurricane Milton while also entertaining a 5 year old. The boardwalk is a short walk to the beach. We were within walking distance of Coligny Plaza and a short drive to other favorites restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here and I hope to return as well!

Lovely!

We loved this place. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay here; the location is perfcet for pool time, beach time and just a quick trip on bikes to Coligny. It's a quiet area too with a nice area to play football or throw a frisbee around. Easy check-in and check-out.

Family fun

We started a multi-family vacation tradition a few years ago and this one by far has met our needs best. With multi levels and living areas it gave us all the privacy/own spaces as well as areas big enough for the 7 of us to also gather together comfortably. Literally steps from the pool or the beach and a short walk or bike ride to Coligny plaza with shops/restaurants and ice cream!!The owner was polite and quick to answer questions, he also made the check in process easy. Will definitely stay here again!!

early summer getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. The location was very convenient to shopping and the access to the ocean was great. The pool area was close and the atmosphere was relaxing. The 2 king beds were as comfortable as home. Kitchen was large and open, and stocked pretty good for cooking. Would stay again.
