Prefect remote work location!

I needed a place to work remote before my REAL vacation in St Simons Island GA, Being from NY this was a perfect spot! True ocean front location was able to work on the patio and see the sunrise every morning! Bikes to rent for only 50 a week RIGHT ON SITE! so many good restaurants in biking/driving distance.

Great location

Beautiful view of the ocean, short walk to the beach. Condo was nice and clean. Its an older unit so had a musty smell. We would rent it again.

Relaxing stay

A repeat stay for me. I just love the location. Sunrise views are amazing. The beach steps away. Restaurants and supermarkets close by. Would highly recommend. This condo is perfect for one person or a couple.

Beautiful sunrises

Coffee on the balcony looking out at the ocean was breathtaking. Watching dolphins swimming by was magical. The condo was cozy and inviting. Just perfect in every way. Highly recommend to anyone who loves being by the ocean.

Fabulous view, cozy interior

The condo was exactly as advertised and had everything I needed to feel welcome and comfortable. You cannot beat the view and appreciated having bar height stools and table on balcony to watch the sunrise and gaze out into the ocean. Kitchen was well-stocked with all utensils needed and I especially appreciated having a sharp knife! I would definitely stay here again. Perfect for a get-a-way and work sabbatical. Might feel a bit cramped if there were more than 2 people.

Sunrise views

Amazing views of beach from balcony. Loved sitting outside watching the sun come up every morning with a cup of coffee. If you want that view this is the place for you. We have been to this complex going on 11 years and this was the best view by far. Can’t wait until next year.

Great view

What sells it is the location, with a great ocean view. You sit on the balcony and all you see is ocean. The unit itself is smaller and older than another we stayed in the same resort, but good enough for two of us. It could be that the unit hadn’t been used in a while as it had a layer of dust and the bathroom needed a deeper cleaning, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay,

Can’t beat the view but showing its age

All of the key elements are there, and the view is awesome. But many things rather unsettling - extension cords sometimes plugged into extension cords. Dining table really not usable unless moved away from corner. Bedroom darkening effective, but the blackout longer than the curtain. Living room sliding door gets caught and curtain barely covers it.

Great location with beautiful views!

We really enjoyed having a great view of the ocean! Owner is very responsive and promptly addressed questions or issues that arose. The one thing that was frustrating is the unit directly above this one is undergoing a complete remodel which owner did not know about before our stay. It was loud at times and apparently will be going on for the next month or so. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

What a view!!!

This place had it all! The view was incredible and unmatched. The access to the beach was probably the best in comparison to most places around the island. The condo was extremely clean and had multiple places to sleep. The owner even accepted our request to have a beach wagon in the room when we got there. There was a beach umbrella, chairs, towels, everything you could need. We bought some kid beach toys for our kiddo to use and left them on site for the next family to use. We loved our stay and would happily stay here again for our next visit to HHI. Don't sleep on this listing!

million dollar view / hundred dollar living space

If all you care about is the view this is your place. Very small. You will get to know yourself and other very well. If the refrigerator door is open forget bathroom or bedroom. And I know it's the beach, but floor was always gritty and no broom to be found(hint). Elevator and washer and dryer close. 7th time to Hilton Head, won't stay here again. Just not worth the price.

Terrible experience

The unit was filthy; a do it yourself redo-which failed; decoration was hideous; hard to believe 4 could exist in the small space. The ad mentioned the low toilette but did not mention the high bed or high patio furniture.The wifi was slow. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. The view and access to beach was great-thanks to God-not owner. dr

Hilton Head vacation

We walked in and immediately loved the view from the sliding glass window but also realized it was smaller than appears in the pictures due to the mirror behind the couch making it look much bigger, but for just TWO people it is perfect. The decor is not beachy but we weren't there for decor. This unit has everything you need, just bring your clothes, personal items, and food and your set. The condo resort has so much to offer from pool parties for kids and the sports bar for adults plus multiple boardwalks to the beach that are just for the tennats only to use along with outdoor showers to rinse the sand off you and your stuff. The beach is beautiful and the crowd is perfect compared to the other beaches. I would definitely stay here again, maybe not at certain this condo but definitely at this resort. Oh and parking can be at time a little tight depending what time you get back in the evening. As I said this is a perfect condo with a great view, but not a beachy feel to it.

Nice but needs some updates

Amazing view. True ocean view. Condo is nice but the layout of the furnishings was not good. The furniture is inappropriately sized and placed making poor use of the space available. With the busy print on the tiles and the awkwardly positioned furniture, it left me feeling a bit claustrophobic With a few changes the condo could be amazing. While the condo was “cleaned” it could use a deep cleaning. There was accumulated dirt in some rarely touched areas like the range hood and my husband was so frustrated with the patio door film that he cleaned them himself. There were also some broken hooks on the walls making the condo look a bit neglected. While not the best place we’ve stayed it was a great location and amazing view. Would love to see it receive a little TLC if we return in the future
