“There are so many great things about this property. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The location could not be better and was surprisingly quiet. The sunrise view from the balcony was perfect for that morning cup of coffee. The small touches added by the owner makes this unit feel very special.”

“The condo was spotless. The communication with the owners Chad and Ingrid was perfect. Any questions that might had were answered immediately. The condo had a plenty of coffee pods for the keuring. There weee plenty of towels and beach towels. Beach chairs and a wagon to pull the chairs in. The best part was the beach was just across the street. You are central to the supermarket and tons of shopping and restaurants. Couldn’t ask for a better spot!!”

“The property is large and nicely appointed. Beautiful courtyard with a very nice pool. Easy walk to Caligny Beach, shops and restaurants. Parking was always available and the unit and the complex were very quiet.Property would have gotten rave reviews but the unit needs some minor work. Needs a good thorough cleaning. Floors left our socks or feet dirty. Lightbulbs are cheap - make sure they all work and match throughout the unit. Repair the ice makerThis being said we would stay here……

“We had a great stay in Palmetto Dunes. The Villa was beautiful! It was also very clean. The location was perfect. The hosts was very easy to work with. We hope to be back!”

“Great location to the beach and multiple pools on the property to choose from. The bike path being right outside the property was nice too.”

“Great condo in Hilton Head. Clean with all the amenities!”

“Host was very friendly and gave great recommendations for the area. If you are looking to utilize the sleeper sofa do not plan on that as it was broken and when inquired we were told to pull the mattress off and sleep on the floor. Other rooms were great! The condo was a bit stuffy as the air changed and was set differently at 11pm so 75 was a little hot overnight. We were a bit further from the pool and the beach than we would have liked so if we were to return we would select a room closer……
