“Clean, uodated, well stocked with everything needed. Only thing was main entrance gate was sketchy at first but no probs afterwards.”

The elevator is very nice for bringing in luggage and groceries. It's also very convenient to the beach on the sound and the beach on the ocean.”

“We had a nice stay in Tom’s beautiful villa. The property was exactly as described and well-appointed. I love all the vintage and antique decor. Tom responded immediately to my messages. We didn’t get there until almost midnight, and Tom waited for my response letting him know we were in. It was a short walk to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed going to Beachwalk and watching the dolphins strand feed. That was really interesting. Thank you Tom & Kathy for sharing your beautiful home!”

“Communication with owners was timely and clear. The unit was very clean, the refrigerator was very cold and the freezer had plenty of ice. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Although noise from the hallway was easily heard, the complex was usually pretty quiet ”
