We loved the convenience of the location, ground floor, close to pool, close to walkway to beach, 6 minute walk to Coligny Plaza for shops and restaurants, loved the live music from the Tiki Hut next door!

107 is AWESOME!

Just steps from the pool and the beach, 107 is in a fantastic location--especially if you have beach carts and pool toys. You can leave all of that on the porch. The decor was lovely, and the beds were comfortable. The only suggestion I have would be to add more lighting.

Couples Getaway

Following a trip from Austin, TX to Charlotte, NC to visit grandkids, we rendezvous’ed with Austin neighbors for a weekend at the beach. Very comfortable & relaxing setting on S Forest Beach at Ocean One. Unit 107 is very dated, but adequate for a short stay ... our King mattress “crunched” loudly with every move - replacement needed. The place really needs a deep cleaning (under furniture, etc), but spaces’ surfaces and line of site are ok.

Mattresses are extremely old!

Overall, great location right off the beach. Super easy with kids to just walk out to the pool or beach. No worries about carrying things up and down the elevator! No need for shoes! Great shower area to wash off sandy toes! Close enough to walk to Coligny shops and restaurants. The unit itself was just okay. The lighting needs updated, it’s super dark. Master bath is outdated. Little details missed making it awkward, like counter height chairs for bar stools. Baseboards need cleaning. Lots of scuff Marks on walls. Sliding screen door is old and gets stuck easily. Now the mattress! This made me lose sleep at night. All mattresses, both master and 2nd bedroom are so old you can hear the smallest movement throughout entire condo. I only sat on the 2nd bedroom beds as this is where my children slept. However when we sat on the edges of the bed it was so noisy. When my 4 year son moved around at night or morning we could hear him! Now the master mattress. Not only was the mattress it self so loud with the smallest movement ever!!! But the frame itself felt so unstable and of course so loud. Again by the smallest normal movements like sitting in bed, rolling over, getting up - alll so loud and so unstable! With a mom of 2 small children this was the absolutely most disappointing sleep experience I have ever had!! If you need a pillow that is firm Or with any support - bring your own. All these pillows are super light and fluffy - once you lay your head down you just sink through it, basically not a pillow. Leaving HH with major kinks in neck and back! 😔

Ocean One is the place to stay

3rd time staying in an Ocean One condo, first time in 107. Condo is clean, updated and has everything you need for the kitchen. Love the walk out to the pool or ocean from the condo. And the music from the tiki bar next door is a perfect addition. And walking proximity to many things. Love Hilton Head.

Nice property! Very short distance to the beach and pool, which was wonderful with small children! Also, within walking distance to Caligny Circle for ice cream and groceries. The place was clean, updated and spacious. My one and only complaint would be that I wish there were more lights inside of this condo - but again we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed it thoroughly! Thank-you so much!

Convenient location but noisy.

The condo itself was good. We liked that you could walk right out the door and could be at the pool or the beach within steps. It was also nice to be able to walk to Coligny Plaza in the evenings to shop or have ice cream. The downside for me was how loud the music is coming from the bands next door in the evenings and at night. If you like to go to bed early or have children that do, this makes it difficult.
