Centrally located, the Lighthouse Road Villas are just a short ten minute walk to the Beach Club, are right on the trolley line, and are just a short jaunt to Sea Pines Center, Harbor Town, the Golf Clubhouse and the forest preserve.

As with all of our villas, two free bikes will be waiting when you arrive. Use them to explore the many wide bike paths going just about everywhere within SeaPines- You don"t really need your car much for this vacation. Bring your pet and enjoy all the dog friendly businesses and parks. This villa is pet friendly, but please note that we have a pet fee, so please be sure your pet is listed in the guest count as you book so that your quote will be accurate. We provide a free family fitness pass, Free tennis for an hour during the afternoons at South Beach, beach towels and chairs and free WIFI are also included.

Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina.
