It is simple but comfortable, clean (even I was in a pet friendly room it doesn't have any bad smell), friendly staff, very nice breakfast and convenient location off US95, middle way to Hilton Head and Savannah.

It's a shame that the reviews were so bad for this property...of course, I hadn't checked them until AFTER I had reserved...but the reviews had made me somewhat nervous. I was relieved to find a room that was a little dated, but overall clean. Carpet stains were a bit of a turnoff, would be nice if the carpets were cleaner.

Great bed, but nothing else

The room was pretty dirty. Walls had marks and hand prints all over them. Floor looked like someone had exploded on it. The plus was that the bed ist self was super clean amd extremely comfortable

This property is dated, Walls are thin, we had an adjoining type room, and the residents in the other room tried the lock on the adjoining room several times. I finally yelled “HAY WHATS GOING ON! In response we heard the people in the other room say “I think there is a man and woman in that room.” needless to say we did not sleep all that well! The traffic noise didn't help. Dining included a gas station with fried food and a takeout place. Everything else was a 15 to 20 minutes away.

This was a one night stay for me. Riding my motorcycle home from Florida to New Jersey, ran into some weather and decided to stop was very pleasantly. Surprised The room was spotless and very modernized, and the staff was great.
