「Very clean, and very convenient location. Host was great and communicated perfectly. We will definitely stay again.」

「Excellent property! Would stay again!」

「The room I stayed in with my family was a 2-bedroom. The suite was huge with lots of space and privacy and it was really well designed with modern furnishings too. It was really clean too which can sometimes be questionable at these loft-style places! I can see why it would be a great stay for a wedding party or families with kids who want to have a longer term stay that’s not fussy and I found it to be much more relaxed and affordable than a regular hotel stay. Especially in the core area....

「Fantastic location! Everything was just as shown. The view on the back deck…heavenly!」

「We actually didn’t get to stay here. We had a very unexpected last minute family issue, so we couldn’t drive to HHI until Saturday. I’m sure your place is very nice. Maybe next time!」

「What a cute and cozy place! Perfectly centered in the middle of everything, we enjoyed our bday trip immensely. So did our pups.」

「Very nice place. My wife loves Turtles and this place is absolutely filled with turtle decor. ..Very comfortable, convenient to pool and beach. Nicely furnished. Guests around us were very friendly.」

「Very clean. Updated but still with the Southern charm you’d expect. Perfect living space with everything you need to relax. Decorated very nicely, outside area is very pretty and private. Lots of native trees and plants. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy to walk down to Bay Street where you find shops and restaurants. It’s within the historical part of town. Lots of old, big homes and mansions to view while you are walking. About an hour from both Savannah and Charleston. That’s why we...

「The property is unique but has the best views. The inside is dated and they do not provide housekeeping during your stay- was not aware of that.」

「For the overall cost, even at an overnight stay, the room quality should match the cost spent. There shouldn’t be broken light fixtures that are taped, electrical tape around the wall, hard water buildup on the shower head, mold/mildew in the shower, dusty fans/lighting fixtures/AC vents, non-working TV in the bedroom (documented by previous guests in the guest book), mold/built up dust in the corners, and unpatched holes in the wall.」

「We had a lovely stay here. A great place for a couple. The property manager was very helpful too.」
