“We had a problem when we first got there. Our key card would not work and we were fighting with the door for about 10 mins. Boyfriend went to go get another key and I see a woman peeking out from behind the curtain in the window. I asked her if she was staying in that room and she came to the door and we spoke. Felt terrible because we woke her. Boyfriend comes back around the corner with the original key card and the person behind the desk only to find out that yes that room was already given……

“Upon arrival, the reception office had a foul odor. We got out room key and the floor was dusty, the beds did not appear clean, linen was cloudy white. The ac unit was very dusty. The room itself had a foul smell as well. The lightning was terrible. The restroom was very dirty. The toilet water was cloudy and appeared to not have been cleaned in a long time. The bathtub was very dirty. The toilet paper was not a new roll and we did not have any more toilet paper. We only had one small towel. I……

“The staff was attentive and answered my husband's question about more water bottles before he even asked. We were greeted by a wonderful clean scent when we entered the hotel and a warm welcome by the front desk Customer Service person. Our room was cool, comfortable, & clean. If it wasn't late in the day my son would have swam in the outdoor heated pool, which looked like a nice place to relax. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, if you can't find something you like than you……

“Worst stay at this property ever. My booked room was not honored; did not get a room until half an hour later; malfunctioned TV, microwave, and poor internet signal were deadly. But a hot water bath, a comfortable bed, and quiet air conditioning gave me a very comfortable long sleep such that I had plenty of energy to continue my trip next day.”
