Check-in itself was quick and straightforward, but the staff weren’t particularly friendly or welcoming — not rude, just not warm. The room was hot when we walked in, which made it feel like it hadn’t been properly prepped for our arrival. On the plus side, the A/C was powerful and cooled the room down fast. Unfortunately, cleanliness was the bigger issue. The linens didn’t feel clean, and the bathroom had noticeable substances on the door and walls that should have been caught before check-in. That’s a hard thing to overlook, since basic cleanliness is the baseline expectation at any hotel. Overall, a disappointing stay. The room cooled down fine, but the lack of attention to cleanliness left a poor impression. Parking was very convenient.

This is a Great Property, clean well maintained, newly remodeled, friendly staff, location is great for traveling, nice quiet town. Close to the Marine Base for a third of the Motel cost. Will make it a point to stay again the next time I am in the area.

Comfortable bed and quiet

I was just passing through and staying for one night. The place was very serviceable and the bed was comfortable. The place was quiet and did have a mini fridge. It did not have many amenities like a pool or gym.

They cancelled the reservation and would not tell me why. I wrote to the Hotel asking why they cancelled and they directed me to call them. When I DID call the number they gave me, to ask why they cancelled, a man demeaned and belittled my concern and told me to take it up with the third party company I booked with to tell me why the HOTEL itself cancelled my reservation. After explaining the hotel directed me to call that number specifically he interrupted me multiple times telling me he couldn’t help me. The service was TERRIBLE, they were RUDE and didn’t give any explanation to why they cut my travel plans so close to my travel date. I had to scramble to set something else up. I would NOT book with them.

This is definitely more of a motel than a hotel, it is clean but definitely not hotel quality. For the price you can’t go wrong, the staff is very helpful and kind, and for the one night I stayed I didn’t have any issues!

Decent hotel especially for its price

It was indeed very clean and the bed felt amazing beat sleep I've had in a long time. I wish there were some outlets to charge my devices. Room fetl nice especially since it's getting cold in November.
