The one thing you might consider (for units that face the alley) there is a lot of delivery trucks/garbage/construction that start very early in the morning (like 4:30). Although our weather wasn't the greatest we were only able to use the pool once during our stay and Beach had a lot of turbulence due to Coastal wind from storms.
