The space was perfect- the neighborhood is up and coming. Would stay here again everything is a 5-7 minute walk.

Staff was great, room was immaculate, location was ideal. 6th floor rooms are very close to the air conditioner units which can be noisy though the night.

We enjoyed one night we stayed at the hotel, check in was easy and we appreciated the help to get a room in quiet location. Room was clean, cozy, have a separate living room with kitchen and a bedroom, comfortable bed and a couch, decor
We definitely will be back
Walkable to everything in downtown ( 5-15 minutes)even so location near bus stop we feel
Safe walking, however I would not recommend to park nice car outside on the street
We used valet parking 50$

The entire hotel, including the room, was absolutely spotless. The decor is quirky yet sophisticated—a warm welcome after a long travel day. The location is just outside the riverfront and historic district, but it’s an easy 7-minute walk to nearly everything.
Having a full kitchen and a separate living area from the bedroom was a refreshing change from typical hotels and made the stay feel much more comfortable and residential.
If I were decorating it myself, I’d change only one thing: I would opt for LVP flooring instead of concrete. The concrete floors felt a bit industrial and cold, and we did notice some thumping from the neighbors above. That said, it’s a very minor complaint and hardly worth mentioning. In the meantime, the property might consider staggering guests when occupancy is lower—just an idea.
Overall, the stay was very quiet, restful, and a perfect place to recharge after days of exploring
