This included complimentary drinks, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as concierge services. However, there’s one downside to staying at this hotel: everything is accessible only by key card. Additionally, the hotel has a practice of shutting down the card before check-out. This means that if you’re out eating and returning to check out, you won’t have access to your room or the elevators. You’ll have to wait in a long line just to reactivate your card. This frustrating process has been a recurring issue every time we’ve stayed at this hotel.
