Nice Location

This is a nice location to the beach with good public access to the beach. This community is across the street from the Sonesta. However the unit is in the very back of the community. The partnership with Vakay Gear for bikes, chairs, etc was a great bonus. In addition we took advantage of Resort Pass to use the amenities at the Sonesta Resort on a daily basis.

Great for the weekend

Nice location, easy walk to the beach. Condo was very spacious, and the decor was beachy and neutral. Master bed was very comfortable, but bed frame was wobbly. There appeared to be shoddy water damage repairs near shower, and in dining area ceiling, but there were no signs of mold/mildew. The master bedroom floor needed a better cleaning (dog hair, dirt present upon arrival) and dishes in cabinets and silverware in drawer found dirty, with food crusted on them. We ended up washing everything before we used it, so that is why it isn't a 5 star review.

good location, good light

Nice golf course view, but crowded feeling in the subdivision. Access to good bike/walking trails. Had to ask management for starter pack of detergents and trash bags -- wasn't fun not having those the first night.
