The master bedroom with private bath has a king bed, flat screen TV and sliding door out to the pool. Bedroom #2, also on this level has 2 twin beds, a flat screen TV, and sliding doors out to the pool with full bath just across the hallway. Both bedrooms shared access to a recently renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The large oceanfront swimming pool (heated for an additional fee) is privately hidden away from passerby's view by the lush landscaping. A few steps up from the pool is the oceanfront sunning deck with Adirondack style chairs.
The second level of this home has a large living room, TV/DVD, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Laminate and tile flooring span this level. A large sliding glass door off the living room leads you out onto the screened-in porch that runs the entire length of the house. Your oceanfront view from the porch is spectacular!
Bedroom #3 has a king bed, flat screen TV, sliding door out onto the screened-in porch and shares the full hall bath with Bedroom #4 that has 2 twin beds and a flat screen TV. Both bedrooms share access to a renovated hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.
A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.
