2117 Villamare, Beautiful Condo In Beachfront Complex near pickle ball courts.

New pools and hot tubs are now open!
Our condo features one King Bed in the Master bedroom with a master bathroom, two Queen Beds in second bedroom with a new updated bathroom, flat screen TVs in living room and bedrooms. Tiled shower in both baths. Fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer in unit. The outdoor pool has just been renovated and there is now a serenity pool and hot tub for adults 21 and over. Project was completed March 29th 2024. Year round heated indoor pool and workout room. Updated lighting and dining table seats six.

Best location on the beach with wonderful amenities!

We had the best time at this condo. Everything was so clean. The location is right on the beach. Family pool and adult only pool are right beside the beach. The restaurant at Hilton next store is great to grab lunch on the beach!

Wonderful condo-great location

Had a wonderful long weekend with our family. The condo was great-clean, close to the beach, pools were beautiful. 3 golf courses on site and bike rentals. We will definitely be back.

Summer Vacation with Family

Loved the condo! Well furnished and had everything we needed. Loved the decor too. Perfect location and you can't beat Villamare for convenience to the beach. Nice new pool/hot tub too.

Lovely stay in Palmetto Dunes

Given the proximity of this property to the PD Tennis & Pickleball center it was the perfect location for our stay. The owner was very responsive in her communication and the home was very clean and comfortable and offered plenty of space for the two of us. We love Palmetto Dunes and will be back next year!!

My first trip to HHI

This was my first trip to HHI and my first vacation with my adult daughter and her family- and it was pure joy! This property was exactly as described- we were so pleased! Check in was seamless and location to the pool and beach was an easy quick walk. We would definitely rent this unit again!

Great getaway with friends

The unit was just as described. Great location with lots of places to walk. Construction going on which wasn't the best but we made it work. Beach is great with a couple good spots for lunch and drinks. Check out the Dunes place great fish tacos ! Great place to relax with friends and or family.

Thia is a nice condo and was close to the beach. The TV in the master room had cable problems and the hot tub at the adult pool was closed. otherthan that we had a great time!the adult pool was closed. Orh

The property is amazing. Close to the ocean in a gated community. Multiple options for dining and activities. Added an adult Serenity Pool since our last visit to the complex. Came to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Mission accomplished.

Enjoyable Sept stay

Enjoyed all the complex amenities-close walk to beach, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center. Condo was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed to cook. Even cooked shrimp one night at complex propane grills. Would highly recommend and would book again in future. Host quickly answered Emailed questions before arrival

Amazing Hilton Head Condo

We had such an amazing long weekend at the 2117 Villamare. Everything was perfect from the location, the condo to the responsive and extremely helpful host! The gate resort was tranquil, the Villamare property was gorgeous and what appeared to be a newly remodeled condo offered everything we expected and more. The hosts made us feel welcome and were willing to help us with all of our questions and needs. We will without about be visiting again!

Beautifiul oceanfront property

Enjoyed the condo and the workout room on the grounds. Convenient covered parking and carts to help haul to/from car and condo. Even though the main beach access bridge was closed due to the outdoor pool area construction, we easily found the beach access on the other side of the property. Great communication from owners and appreciated their recommendations too!

Great Stay

We loved this condo. Our stay was perfect. Everything was clean and in good shape. The owner, Karen, was extremely responsive when we had a couple of questions. We loved the proximity to the pool and beach even though the condo is located at the far end of the complex. It's still a very short walk to both especially the pool. Parking is wonderful as it's covered. We will try to return if this top notched condo is available.

Great beach condo

This condo was great for our week beach vacation. We didn’t spend much time in it, but it served its purpose. While it’s not the closest building to the beach it is still a very close walk, and very close proximity to the community pool and fitness facility. The only issue we had was with the building itself (not the unit), as the fire alarms went off 2 times during our stay. No fire, the system seemed to be malfunctioning.

First time at Hilton Head

Our family really enjoyed our first visit to Hilton Head Island. The condo was clean and spacious. The photos and description matched the actual reality of the unit. We loved the proximity to the beach. It was only a 3 or 4 minute walk from our unit to the actual sand. We spent more time at the adult pool, but the newly renovated family pool is impressive. Our host, Karen, was an excellent communicator and we had zero issues with anything. My family of four (kids ages 21 and 17) had plenty of room and my kids loved that the guest room had 2 queen size beds. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

A nice condo

Unit is clean and nicely furnished. Chairs and mattresses comfortable. Location is perfect. The Gray…Tv is always a challenge in HHI. My suggestion, owners drop the cable and go strictly with YouTube and the Netflix and Prime. I was able to use the cable, but always takes a day or two to figure out the system. YouTube is the best choice, and works well.
