Fantastic Property

I stayed at this location with a group of friends. The location was amazing and the hosts were very responsive. 10/10 and would recommend for anyone looking to come to Hilton head and stay by the beach!

Amazing vacation

Ladies Trip

We had 16 women from 6 different states. This house is amazing! I travel a lot and this is hands down the nicest vacation rentalnI’ve had for a large group. The bathrooms are gorgeous, the space has everything you need for a beach trip for a large group. We loved it and hope to be back!

Fantastic family home

This property was amazing! We stayed here for a family vacation. There was plenty of room for our large group. We appreciated that every bedroom had its own bathroom and the bunk room was perfect for kids. The property management company was very responsive to questions or concerns that we had. We loved walking the beach everyday and sitting on the pool deck. Would highly recommend for a large family or group.

The layout of the home was perfect with the young people staying upstairs in the bunk room. And the view of the ocean out the back every morning was wonderful with steps right to the beach. Having the elevator certainly helped get all of our belongings up to the various floors. I would highly recommend this rental company in this particular home, which was gorgeous.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at 3 Singleton Beach Place (8 adults and 6 kids under 7). I chose this house as it was new construction and we had stayed on same street 6 years ago. The house is in a great location. The kids loved the bunk room (called it the kids club). But the furnishings, kitchenware etc was mediocre. Oven did not work(but we didn’t need it anyway), dishwasher broke but was fixed pretty pronto , knives not sharp, the sheets in the master bedroom were too small and came off whenever you got in bed and 1 of the sinks in the master was very slow draining. Definitely could have been cleaner, but I think that of most rental homes. Disappointing was that I had to call 3 times to have someone pick up trash and recycling. Trying not to be too picky as we all had a great time Just trying to point out things that would make it even better
