Beautiful property

Wonderful accommodations and ease of check-in was fabulous! Great neighborhood, close to beach. Kitchen was awesome- would stay again for sure.

Great house for our family get-together! The upstairs room was perfect for the younger kids to play and sometimes sleep. The pool, toys, and beach supplies were perfect for the out-of-town guests - so they didn't need to pack their own. The pond in the back was a huge bonus for us because we had a lot of people who liked to fish, and they were able to drop a line in the water without going anywhere (we didn't try to eat anything).

Christmas in October

The property is fantastic. We had 13 adults, ranging in age from 30 to 87, to celebrate our family Christmas. The kitchen has everything you need, including plates and silverware for at least 30, a crock pot, an electric griddle, a few Tupperware containers, cookie sheets, a cheese grater, etc. The only thing they did not have was an egg cooker, but you can always boil eggs. These are not complaints but things to be aware of. The towels are limited, so you should bring your beach towels. If you have very old people, you may want to bring camp chairs as the beach chairs are the low-to-the-ground type. But there are plenty of beach chairs, two beach wagons, an umbrella, etc. The pool was about 83 degrees, warmer than the air for most of our visit. We had to call the property manager several times, and they came out super quick and very professional. We struggled with the elevator. It was user error, but we eventually gave up on it. The one issue we had was seating. The dining table had benches, and the island had stools, so there were no chairs with cushions or backs. Not a huge deal, but it was uncomfortable for my parents and those of us who needed to get some work done. One last thing...there is an actual, alive alligator in the pond!!! Sooooo coooool!!!
