Lovely condo for vacation

This is a very spacious and nice condo. It was very well kept and clean. Great for two couples or small family. Living area and kitchen very spacious. Great location and close to beach and bike trails. Would highly recommend.

Beachside Getaway did a great job

Place was very clean and I appreciated the updated decor and amenities. I really liked that Beachside provided beach towels, chairs and a buggy and more than enough toiletries. Sometimes places leave little travel size shampoos and soaps, but there was plenty for our family of 6 for a whole week. The staff at Beachside were very quick and responsive. And the welcome bag was a nice touch. An overall great stay.

The unit at Queens Grant was a wonderful unit. Used it for our extra guests for this years vacation. Very spacious, clean, large outdoor deck. Everything that you need is in this unit. Located near everything. Would definitely rent again. Thank you.

4 night stay in July

The place was great. We went to the office to get the parking passes and by the time we were ready to check-in, the cleaners were walking out. The office isn't far from the actual place but if you don't have a car it can be tricky and the only knock on it was the proximity to the beach which is a 25 min walk. But the place is great and everyone from the property management company was nice to deal with.

One of our go-to spots

This is our second year staying at Queen's Grant and love the location. It's an easy 10 min bike ride to the Dunes House/beach access. Beachside is always quick to respond and friendly. They had beach items and towels for us to use and plenty of toiletries for our week-long stay. Will definitely book here again.

Had a wonderful stay at this property. The condo was incredibly clean, well stocked with kitchen items, games, outdoor furniture, etc. There were also some recent updates made to condo. The property management company reached out a couple of times to ensure we had what we needed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful property. Great location, spacious with lots of extras. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cookware. There were beach towels and chairs. The Dunes Buggy was convenient to get us to the beach and there were several swimming pools nearby. The house was spotless and clean. Check in and out was easy.

Nicely decorated

Nice unit. Nicely decorated. Good location. Great communication with management company. Beach chairs, towels, beach wagon, and boogie board for use which was really nice. Unit looks just like the photos. Floors need to be mopped and some of the kitchen utensils looked a little dirty but we just washed the utensils prior to using. Overall a great experience.

Great stay!

Just as advertised. Host had a wagon, chairs, everything you’d need. We had an issue with the ice maker. However, they dropped off 2 bags of ice which lasted us on top of the bag we had already purchased. It was very sweet of them. A couple small maintenance items that come with general wear and tear. Would definitely stay again!

Room was great, parking- not so much.

The villa was absolutely perfect and beautiful, however, we paid $25 for an extra parking pass and had to park in a different “pod” 3 Different nights because parking was full and several cars did not have passes in them.

Place could not have been cleaner. We didn’t cook, so I can’t speak to how the kitchen was equipped.

My only issue was the distance to the beach. That was not a “short walk.”

Nice place. Plenty of room. Parking is tight if you have a bigger vehicle (Tahoe or Silverado). Overall it was a pleasant stay. Don’t get their early because code won’t work till 4pm.

Absolutely perfect

The property was perfect for our family. There was a grocery store down the street. Beach was beautiful and about 5 minutes up the road. The pool at the property was very refreshing. Everything was clean. The rental manager responded immediately to questions and even delivered a new coffee maker early the next morning. We will definitely be back and will request the same place.
