Perfect House!

The house is perfect for a large group and has everything you need for a great vacation for all ages! The furniture is clean, comfortable and classy! The beds are comfortable, plentiful and relaxing! The only thing I would say negative is the parking spaces are not for 6 cars especially if you have an SUV. We barely made 5 cars fit and only because we parallel parked one behind the 4.

Great property and a convenient location

Our group of 14 found the house to be the perfect fit for our week on Hilton Head Island. It was roomy enough to not feel cramped. The kitchen and coffee bar more that fit the bill when cooking and eating in. The media room is super for movies or video games. The pool was a welcome respite during cooler days. It's an easy walk to the beach and that takes less than 10 minutes. Even better, the house is in a convenient location to the many golf courses on the north end of the island while still being a roughly 30-minute drive down to Sea Pines.

If you have this house in your like list BOOK IT!! Every house in this development is amazing, but I think our was the best!! This place made our family trip amazing!! The house is CLEAN, HUGE, has everything you could possibly think of!!! Being from WI, it was so cool have the turtles and the alligator in the back yard!!! Short walk to the beaches, everyone in the development was beyond nice! POOL was the highlight of our stay!! We will be back!!!

Hosted 4 families super spacious and comfortable. Light and well decorated. Kitchen was great and the home was well equipped for adults as well as children. Short walk to a fantastic beach. We did have an issue with the stove not working but the property management made it right. Great stay.
