This beachside villa is equipped with an updated kitchen with modern appliances, cabinets and granite kitchen countertops. The Gourmet Kitchen has full sized appliances and is well stocked for guests use. There are also a variety of restaurants nearby at Coligny Plaza within walking distance offering various cuisines to choose from. Walk to the newly rebuilt TIKI BAR located near beachside.

The villa provides a dining space with 6-person table and is right off of the kitchen to enjoy your meals, play games, complete those puzzles and to take part in those deep discussions of your trip. The family room/gathering space is cozy with a big screen 70-inch Smart Roku TV, couch with a queen-sized sleeper sofa and with 2 additional sitting chairs. There is a convenient half bathroom on the first floor.

The villa entrance is at ground level. There are No stairs to climb to enter the unit. There are two bedrooms located upstairs with a full bath that was recently updated with a shower and toilet. There is a comfortable Primary Suite with King bed, Smart Roku TV and a corner desk as a convenient workspace- the second bedroom is housed with 2 Full sized beds and a Smart Roku TV.

Fresh linens, kitchen wares and starter kits for toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, washing machine soap and trash bags are all included during your stay. The villa is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each guest stay.

The courtyard patio has garden views of grasses, trees and flowers within the complex. Access to the large swimming pool and separate kiddie pool with layout chairs off the villa patio. There are lay out chairs around the pool for guests use. The pool is gated.

Items included during your stay are 6 Beach/pool towels, beach chairs, sun umbrella and a beach wagon to haul items to the beach/ocean are available for the guests use during your stay.

There is a dedicated convenient Parking Space near the front door of the villa and another guest space located nearby. The location of this unit makes for an easy walk and access to the walkways/bikeways of South Forest Beach and the Coligny Area. Bikeways and walking paths are located right out front of the villa. This is an upscale end unit at the front of the complex with only one direct neighbor. The villa is very private as it sits as the end of the building nearest to the beach.

Public access as an easy walk to the beach. The ocean is directly across the street, just follow the path that leads to the beach. Be at the beach within minutes.

Take a break from the beach and walk to Low Country Celebration Park with an Adventure Playground housed with a pirate ship, swings, and a children's museum. The waterway and bridges allow ample time to view natural wildlife including a variety of birds and turtles.
