Exceeded expectations

It was our first time to HHI and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. What an awesome rental unit! Incredible views and easy access to the beach. The bedrooms and living areas of the apartment were comfortable and nicely decorated. Everything was clean. Thank you to the owners and property managers. We’ll be back!

This is our 2nd time staying in this unit and we love it! The panoramic ocean views are unmatched. Underground parking is nice and overall property well maintained. The unit had everything we needed. Communication with the property manager was efficient and thorough. We had an issue that was quickly resolved. Oh! And the location in Palmetto Dunes is excellent - so pretty and quiet. Can’t wait to return again.

The condo was absolutely beautiful!! Perfect views of the beach and spacious. This was the first vacation my family has had and I don't think it could have been any better. We even saw dolphins swimming near us. I am hoping to spend all of our future vacations here!

The unit is very comfortable and well appointed. This is our 22 Nd year of a family holiday at palmetto dunes and our fourth year in this unit. While mostly positive there are somethings the unit could use to improve The coffee pot is not good, the fridge doesn’t work well if more than half full so I generally keep all beach drinks in a separate cooler Kitchen is well appointed to cook but I generally bring my own cooking utensils like chef knives, blender, food processor and deep fryer. I would agree with prior comments a bit dusty and the cleaning people do a bare minimum job so I make it a point of deep cleaning the kitchen before I cook there. Island getaway does a decent job overseeing the unit. Had a problem with the sink and they had someone there in a jiffy. The ac is minimal but that is the building not the units fault. It’s a great view from the balcony and it’s a very nice unit especially for a rental. I have a lot of experience with Hampton place and Windsor and this unit is a good one

We love this villa. This is our second year here, and our 15th staying on Palmetto Dunes. The balcony and view are unsurpassed. The furniture is comfortable and sufficient for 6. A major complaint is that the coffee pot is terrible. Not everyone wants to use a Keurig, and the drip pot is absolutely awful. This is an easy inexpensive fix. A new drip pot does not have to be expensive. When we checked in we found a leak under the sink. There also was nasty black gunk expelled from the whirlpool jets. When I called to report the problems a handyman was sent out within a few hours to do repairs. Response time was very good. However, I feel like the unit is in need of a thorough cleaning. We found cigarettes stashed in the cabinets (!) ,dust bunnies under the bed, etc. I just feel that for what is charged for a week, the level of cleanliness should be stepped up. The villa is too pretty to be let go.

Loved the beautiful views from our wrap around balcony. I was just happy to sit out there and read.. The kitchen and baths were very updated. The living room furniture needs to be more beachy. Overall we definitely would rent again. Island Getaways did a great job, no problems. Hampton Place is in a great location. Linda in Atlanta
