Gutted and thoroughly renovated, this villa is an adults-only 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 story top-floor 1090 sq. ft. penthouse with W/D, WiFi, 2 TV's, pool, tennis courts, and underground parking. It's across the street from the beach and across the street from Coligny Plaza shopping and restaurants. Also, the new Lowcountry Celebration Park is directly behind the complex. Upstairs, there are sliding Shoji doors that allow the king-sized bedroom to be completely closed off from the other upstairs living area / bedroom in case someone wants to "sleep in". There are two full bathrooms, one upstairs and one down. The villa is completely furnished like a home, including everything that's needed for cooking full meals.

The bike trail network runs directly in front of the complex, and during much of the year, the Trolley and local golf cart transportation services are active with stops very nearby. Having a car is recommended so that you can experience all of HHI, but it's not required. Bikes can be rented from any number of on-line companies or in-person. All of them deliver.

We were unable to adequately maintain beach equipment nor the cleanliness of the villa from the equipment traffic, so none is available in the unit. A good option for "beach sitters" is to rent from The Beach Patrol for the whole stay just after arriving (or via shorebeach.com in advance).
