Great Trip

Place was very nice and comfortable. We really enjoyed the personal touches that make it feel like a home. The inner court yard with the ponds and fountains were really nice. short walk to the beach and water front. Would certainly stay again and recommend to anyone.

I loved the amenities, the cleanliness of the property, the presence of a beach on the property, and the proximity to grocery stores and shops. My only complaint is the rental could’ve been cleaned more thoroughly. We took photos of some of the unclean areas. Other than that, it would’ve been perfect. Regardless, my family and I had a great time (after completing some cleaning) and would visit again.

Fabulous Spot

Overall this is a very nice spot! It was clean, private and gated location, budget friendly compared to some spots. Parking was a little tricky at times though we were there on Spring Break so the entire island was busy. Nice beach access, beautiful property inside and out. Everything was in working order and we never had to contact the owner.

Great layout, comfy 2 bedroom 2 bath finish balcony. On the northern end of the island - a little secluded but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. It’s not a far drive to anything. The unit is great. The property manager was great.

When we arrived the a/c was not working. I called the emergency ph no talked to Bob. By the way this was apparently 8:30 pm on a Friday. Bob made the appropriate phone calls & issue was resolved in just little over an hour. Great service. The cleaning folks need to do a better job. Lots of dust on fan in kitchen & pink mold in shower. Not to bad though. Over all it was a good experience & we will be back.

June 2024 stay at “The Spa” Hilton head

Well, we enjoyed ourselves, but there was a few things that we discussed and probably would not return. The beach is not really a beach. It’s a muddy kind of marsh. It’s called the spa because of the hot sauna and indoor pool and indoor hot tub and two pool outside but that’s it the dry sauna after 45 minutes With my head close to the rocks, I would barely dripping sweat. The hot tub the aerator is not working properly. The water cannot regulate its temperature and it’s way too hot. As far as the place 2202 that we stayed at For two nights, 1. The lamp in the first room has a decor arrow type that when you are reaching, you can cut yourself on the point of the arrow that should be replaced Immediately before somebody really hurts yourself. The beds were not that comfortable, It was a stain on the Cover for the bed. Discussions with other pardons, They occurred with what they felt as the same, and the dangerous lamp that has the arrow brass you reach and turn the light on and that point will cut you. On a high note, it was clean. We got used to it and finished having an OK time.

Fabulous accommodations

We had a marvelous stay in this beautifully appointed condo. The owners have impeccable taste and have obviously put a great deal of thought into the comfort of their guests. This will certainly be our "go to" location for our future visits to the island (may they be many!)

It was ok but the pool closest to the sound needs more loungers and chairs to accommodate the people. Bathrooms needed to cleaned more often at the pools too. It would have been nice to have been informed the day before that BOTH pools were going to closed for cleaning until 1pm. We would have made other plans had we know prior to going to the pool in the morning to find it closed.

Nice long weekend retreat

Very comfortable unit, kitchen well equipped, lovely porch room with great views over the whole property, beach within walking distance. Only complaint were upstairs neighbors who did not always seem to respect the quiet hours, walls are rather thin.

I have never stayed at the sound. I saw more wildlife than ever! Bald Eagle, alligator walking the beach, osprey's, crabs!!! The condo was small but had everything I needed. I really liked the extra touches...the welcome bag with popcorn and coupons, the beach towels, the beach chairs. The only thing that surprised me, I had to pay for my parking pass...I never had to do that before. Small thing compared to all the wonderful things about my stay.

The Spa at Port Royal Sound

Beautiful grounds, loved the pools , used the barbecue grills one evening, was surprised by the beauty of the beach on the Sound.. The only thing we would have liked was a vacuum cleaner in the condo to help with the fine sand that seems to be everywhere. The condo had plenty of dishes, etc.

The place to really relax and get away!

The furniture so comfy! The beds so perfect for sleeping, and blackout curtains in both bedrooms. Everything anyone could ever need in the kitchen (dishes, glassware, cooking utensils). A lovely view from the porch sitting area. So close to the beach. Games in a cupboard! Terrific books in the living room and bedroom to read! Marvelous artwork on the walls. Having a washer and dryer was so great. We were as comfortable here as we are at home. We came for relaxation, and that's what we found. Also loved the pools and enjoyed the swing seats for reading and needlework. Close by to B&N, Walmart, Publix, Harris Teeter and really great restaurants. A perfect, perfect place for a vacation!!!

Enjoyable stay in a cute condo

This condo was furnished and decorated very nicely. It is well equipped though lacking teaspoons. We had to call about the garbage disposal and someone came promptly. The beach was indeed tide pools, not particularly for swimming, but for pre Spring it was just fine. It was quiet except those things that come with condo living. Good value and I enjoyed experiencing a different area of HH.

Quaint, quiet and away from crowds

I will say that the property is true to the pictures. It is an older condo development, but well maintained. Nothing in the area as far as restaurants, stores, etc. near the airport. The pools are there, but not too exciting. The area is nicely landscaped. As far as the condo...very clean, well maintained and everything that you need. The bedrooms are nice size and the mattresses, pillows and linens are wonderful. We were happy overall. The ocean in this area is in the natural state, again quiet. If you want people, lots of beach and nice facilities go to Coligny Beach. Fabulous.....of course we had 80 degree days.
