Great location in shipyard

Great location and great views from the deck of the golf course. Quiet complex. A little “worn” and was not very clean when we arrived but the property manager was very responsive and helpful. Comfortable as well. We stayed for a full month and the location turned out to be perfect.

Perfect space

The property management was quick in handling any questions and went out of their way to accommodate us. The place is very well maintained and comfy. While not super close to the beach we rode our bikes there daily and my teens enjoyed fishing in the closest large pond. We needed good internet to have meetings and classes and it never failed us. The neighbors and local maintenance were all very nice. We would definitely go back.

Family getaway

We had family staying in the shipyard at different locations. It was great to all be in the same village. Beach access was great. This location allowed us to have the base camp we needed for beach time, family pool time, golfing, and other adventures.

Overall, nice property. Worked well for our needs. A little dirty. Surfaces had obviously been dusted but the air vents were all caked in dust. Looked like they’d never been wiped off.

Enjoyed cleanliness and location. The pool was not u to par according to property manager who was trying to attend to the cleanliness of pool water . Enjoyed having coffee out on deck in mornings before construction crew arrived each day next door for complete remodel! At times the drilling and hammering was quite annoying. Wish informed regarding this matter.

Nice 2 BR in beautiful Shipyard

Stayed here for 5 days and it was great! We enjoyed the view from windows and patio. Loved riding our bikes through Shipyard community, to Coligny and on the beaches. Apartment was as described. Very clean and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the nearby pool (which was rarely used by others). Also glad to have the washer/dryer in the unit. We would stay here again.

To far from Shipyard amenities, easy to get lost to and from entrance, cranky and rude neighbors. Lacked nice lawn furniture on deck and only one chair for the beach

Wow!! We were blown away with how much we enjoyed the property, the pool, Shipyard, the proximity to the private beach … all 5 stars! We’d stayed just off of Coligny Plaza/Forest Rd (in the same condo ) the other three times we visited HHI, but we’re already leaning toward 802 Harbor Master again for 2022. (This was a last-minute trip and our “regular” place was already booked.) Thank you for a great experience! :-)

Great Condo. In the reservation notes you should tell guests to keep bikes on the front porch out of site. This was not clear. One of the neighbors harassed me over bikes. Other than this - great stay.
