Great Long Weekend Stay

Great condo with all the necessities, clean and well maintained for a family stay. Booking and check-in/checkout was smooth. Kim was quick to respond and available to questions. I would recommend and stay at this condo again.

Great stay!

We had fun in Hilton Head and enjoyed the condo! It was nice having two bedrooms and two baths for our family of four and we loved the short walk to the beach. It was a great location and we hope to make it back to Hilton Head again!

Great location. 2 min bike ride to beach. Pool was HUGE. It would have been nice of pool didnt close at 830p, but it was a great pool. Renting the chairs and umbrellas on beach was very nice.

Love this property!

This is the 2nd year in a row that we have booked this property. The owner Kim is amazing and available to answer all questions. The resort itself is perfect for family’s and included so many activities.

We had a great and enjoyable stay. Property is clean and has a great location. We had only one issue with a blocked entry door lock that required technician service and was promptly addressed by a local locksmith crew

Great Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Kim’s property. The listing is accurate and relaxing. It was a huge plus that the unit had plenty of beach gear so we didn’t have to buy new.

Our stay was very nice. Just a short walk from coconuts restaurant. There were lots to do during our stay. We had the beach, pool, and riding bikes. Looking forward to another vacation.

We loved our short time at this condo… Hurricane Debby ruined our week however our time we did get to spend there was amazing. Kim was very attentive to any questions we had. We loved the location!

Kim's place was perfect for our family. It was very clean and accommodating . Kim has it decorated nicely in a beachy theme. I was so happy it was on the first floor. It made it so much easier bring everything in and out . It's located close to the pool and beach. We had a wonderful time. We all agreed the week we picked was perfect(August 16-23). It was easy going out to different restaurants and not haven't to wait. Thanks Kim for sharing your place with us. It was a pleasure meeting you.

Nice tennis villa in great location

Nicely decorated condo on first floor, a big plus for us. The newly renovated bathrooms were so pretty; and the living room furniture was attractive and very comfortable! (The master bedroom had two dresser drawers that stuck, so were unusable--maybe someone previously knocked them off track.) Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

Relaxing stay

Kim was a fantastic host! She was very easy to reach and communicate with. The condo had everything we needed to relax and cook with. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, looking at the palm trees and seeing what was going on in the complex. All the amenities were just short walks away. We greatly appreciated having the beach cart, chairs, cooler and some toys for our little one. All in all we thought it was a great stay! The island was great. Our first time there and we will definitely be back. Thanks again Kim!

Beautiful beach condo 🏖

We absolutely adored this beach condo. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for our vacation including great quality beach chairs and sand toys. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was up to date. I loved having an ice maker - everything was perfect!

Tennis Resort without tennis

Property was good and as advertised. Short walk to the beach, and the grounds were well kept. Only complaint was that all tennis courts were booked all day, every day for college tournaments, apparently for the entire month of March. No mention of this anywhere on the resort website which was kind of frustrating when the name of the location is a "Tennis Resort". Only information was a paper notice taped to the door to the pro shop saying no tennis bookings allowed for the month of March.. The front desk was seemingly unaware too, as when calls to the pro desk weren't answered, we called the front desk and they booked us a tennis time slot, only to find the courts full again when we went to play. Tried to speak to the front desk in person the next day, but they just referred us to go talk to the Pro Desk.

Nice place for a family of four

This is an older resort though clean, safe, and quiet. I think the restaurants and bars could use some updates, but the staff are very friendly and efficient.The unit a few steps from the lagoon, tennis courts, kids playground and maybe a 7min walk to the beach (this is not a bad thing). Fully equipped kitchen, nicely renovated bathrooms, oversized living room furniture, multiple TVs (if that is what you like). We did not have wifi when we arrived (I needed it for work), which the resort took care of after I followed up with them a few times. We had a good time overall.

Great pool and easy beach access

Kim was a good host and communicated well. We enjoyed the pool a lot at the property. The extra beach gear made trips to the beach very convientent. The master bed was super comfy and the remodeled bathrooms were a nice touch. We liked the outside porch and it was very comfortable with a breeze in the evening time.
