Good location with plenty amenities

Very clean and good location. The resort had a lot amenities and really loved the private access to the beach. Both indoor and outdoor pools were great. Laundry on the same floor. Plenty of parking. Short drive to many restaurants and grocery stores. The resort was a bit dated. I recommend to replace the mattress and couch, I could hear the spring when sleeping. The kitchen was nice with lots of cookware, but for some reason there were no bowls of any size. My kid had to eat cereal from a coffee mug. There were also no simple condiments like salt and pepper or cooking oil. The freezer did have ice cube holder which was great. Overall, it’s still a good price for the place and location.

I guess if nothing else this place served it’s purpose! Nothing really remarkable. It was clean, but that’s the end of the plus side!

This place was a disaster

When we arrived at the facility at midnight due to a 12 hour drive. The condo had not been cleaned from the previous family who stayed in the condo. It was filthy, trash everywhere, towels thrown on the floor and inside the tubs, feces inside the toilet, it had not been cleaned at all. The people who check you in have nothing to do with the property being cleaned so I had to contact the property manager at midnight to complain and find another place for myself and my children to stay. It was a horrible ordeal to have to deal with. I would never stay at this facility again.
