Nicely Updated First Floor Villa!

As you enter this first floor villa you will be greeted by the new wood floors throughout the living, dining and bedroom areas.

The Kitchen comes fully-equipped making your cooking experience just like home. The Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and real hardwood cabinets. Just off the Kitchen is the half bath, making it convenient for your visitors. The Living Room features comfortable contemporary furniture, flat screen TV and access to your private patio. The Dining Area seats four and features a unique tile top table.

The Primary Bedroom has a large King bed, flat screen TV, private patio access and an en-suite Primary Bathroom for your convenience. The Primary Bathroom features an updated tile top vanity and tiled walk-in shower.

Outside you'll find your patio with plenty of seating while being tucked away making it very private. The Beach is easily accessible by just a few minute drive or by calling the Dunes Buggy Shuttle, a seasonal on-demand shuttle service provided at no charge.

This vacation rental is pet-friendly between October 1 through March 31 for an additional charge. No pets are permitted between April 1 through September 30. Our pet policy only allows one dog per rental unit with a maximum weight of 40 pounds. Other restrictions may apply.

This project, undertaken by Hilton Head Island/Beaufort County, is vital for protecting the shoreline, maintaining a wide and beautiful beach for everyone to enjoy, and ensuring the long-term health of the coastal ecosystem.

Lovely condo!

This property was clean, spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The private patio was a pleasant outdoor spot in which to relax, and the community pool was just steps away. We appreciated the starter kits for kitchen and laundry essentials and sun care too. When the coffeemaker stopped working after one use and I notified the rental office, a new one was delivered within 24 hours.

Cozy Cottage

Thoughtfully designed and comfortably furnished, this sweet 1st floor cottage is perfect for mid-range stays on HHI. It seems much larger than it is, and the new ghbors were very friendly. We loved the outdoor patio and appreciated the slightly elevated toilets and fully-eqiupped compact kitchen. Walking distance to many restaurants & adjacent to walking & biking paths, golfing, kayaking, tennis - all the things the island has to offer.

One bedroom apt

Loved staying at this cute one bedroom apartment. We have stayed there for the past three years. And will stay again. My only complaint was the dishwasher was covering the clean dishes with food stuff. When we looked at the filter, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in six months. It was GROSS! So we cleaned it. Please have the cleaning staff check it at least once a month so that guests can have clean dishes when they stay there. And not have to clean the filter ourselves. Thanks

Lovely one bedroom villa

We come to Hilton Head every year to celebrate our anniversary. This was the first time we rented a VRBO. We are so glad we did. It was a very comfortable space, the bed was firm and we liked that it was on the first floor. The location was great. We brought our bikes and enjoyed the lovely bike paths. The pool was a nice quiet place to read and relax. We will definately stay here again next year.

Lovely & very comfortable!

Very accommodating owner! New king bed installed during our April 2021 visit. Kitchen has updated appliances and a comfortable seating area. Full size dining room as well. Powder room was large and spacious and a great feature. St Andrews Commons is a calm and quiet area, with lush foliage and a delightful, secluded outdoor garden/seating area at the villa. En-suite tub/toilet area is a tight squeeze. Perhaps adjusting the door to open out, rather than in, would greatly improve the set-up. Full size laundry room much appreciated. Guest services on the property very helpful instructing us on use of Roku TV and cable. There is also a DVD player and a selection of films to view. I would definitely stay here again on another visit to Palmetto Dunes.

Did not find a beach access. Condo is very comfortable except the bed. Needs new mattress badly. Mattress pad and sheets are of cheapest quality. Pool has no chairs; perhaps not open yet. Quiet area.
