Worst visit in 13 years

We have been vacationing at HHBTR for 13 years. This is by far the worst experience we have had. Check in staff were not friendly and did not call when our Villa was “ready” (the Villa was ready when we arrived, just waiting on an inspection). I had to call the front desk to see if it had been inspected two and half hours after arriving at the resort and they informed me that the Villa had been cleared. We have never had to wait. That afternoon, we discovered a roach on the counter in the kitchen. We called guest services and they sent someone the next morning (an hour before he was supposed to be there, and he did NOT KNOCK - he used his key and barged in while we were still in our sleep clothes). He sprayed Raid around the counters and baseboards. We continued to find roaches in the kitchen, dishwasher and living area throughout our stay. Also, we were not provided the standard kitchen or bath linens. For the increased price we charged for the Villa (and did not stay the full week) we are sorely disappointed with this experience.
