Oceanfront Villa in Hilton Head Island

Beautiful, oceanfront villa with balcony! Only steps away from the pool and beach. The villa is a terrific place to unwind and enjoy the poolside area and Folly Field Beach.

The villa has one bedroom with a queen bed, queen-size sleep sofa and bunk beds (perfect for kids). The balcony over looks the pool area, ocean and is a great place to relax any time of day. The cozy living area includes an eating area and full kitchen.

Villa is fully equipped and 500 feet from pool and beach for fishing, swimming, walking, and biking. Two minute walk to tennis courts. Short distance to all types of shopping and great restaurants for casual and fine dining. Coin operated laundry (washer & dryer) available on each floor of the building. Security on site 24/7.

These additional amenities are available on site at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis:

Great week!

Property is as posted, the owners are super great about communicating. Only hiccup was an issue with ants for a few days. Once the property mgmt came by and sprayed, no more issues. View is wonderful, as is the proximity to the beach and pool.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. With two children under age 10, the pool and beach convenience were perfect! The host was very quick to respond to messages. The condo was also very clean. We would stay again!

Great Stay

Great mini vacation for my mom’s birthday! She loved every minute of her stay here. She has difficulty walking so the location to both the pool and beach were perfect for her. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

We’d never been to Hilton Head before, but really enjoyed our stay here. The room is a boardwalk from the beach. It’s in a nice location. Would stay here again!

Perfect Villa

This Villa was perfect for watching awesome sunrises from the balcony. Close to beach, pool, tiki hut. Hosts were wonderful to work with. The villa had everything we needed i.e. dishes, cookware etc and it was so clean!!! We loved it and will be back in the future.

Location was EXCELLENT!

We choose this condo for the amazing view. We loved waking up to the beautiful sunrises and having such a short walk to the pool and beach. However it was not as clean and stocked with the advertised amenities. There was no baking sheets, iron, kitchen dish soap or sponge, or remote for bedroom tv. Overall we had an enjoyable stay and we always enjoy stay at this resort.

Wonderful location-should let guests know that they need to bring beach items. Was nice there was beach chairs available-no beach towels or umbrella or ice chest to take drinks and snacks to the beach.

Clean and convenient

We loved staying at HHIB&T! This condo had a beautiful view, and it was super convenient. The kitchen is small but useful when you have a toddler. We put his pack n play in the living room to sleep at night and had plenty of room. There is limited storage, so we put everything on the bunks and that made it easier to find what we needed. We used a beach wagon, and this resort is great for that since there are no stairs over the dunes. The food at the resort was good, and we would definitely stay here again. Things I would bring next time: keurig (there is only a drip coffee maker), a folding clothes line that we set up on the porch for swimsuits and towels, and a sound machine to drown out the noise by the staircase. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great. Simple condo.

Beautiful view. Easy to deal with. Basic property with everything you need. Door dash is not allowed on the resort so you’ll have to meet them before the guard shack. Can’t say enough about the view in the condo!

Great!

We had a wonderful stay for our little one’s first trip to HHI. The condo was the perfect size for our little family. The play pin fit nicely in the bedroom corner and we used the bunk beds for luggage storage. Make sure to bring a sound machine since the bedroom window is right in the hallway near the stairs where there is noise from people coming and going. Everything was clean. We covered the couch with a sheet because the material was a little scratchy. The water pressure is amazing in the shower which was a nice surprise considering most condos don’t have this luxury. We ended up deciding to stay 1 extra night last minute and the owner was so quick to respond and let us know that we could stay and just send a check in the mail for the extra night. The location is amazing!! Great view of the pool and beach. We watched the sunrise from the balcony and made friends with a local kitty that liked to hang out on the path below us. The pool is so nice and huge! We spent a lot of time under the covered awning which was so nice with our baby. Can’t wait to return!!! 😀

Best resort in Hilton Head

We have been staying at the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis resort every year for over a decade and we love this place. Great beach access, several restaurants and bars at the resort, work out facility, a really nice pool area. So I definitely recommend the resort. The one bed room condos are small, but my family of 4 has always been able to make it work. I think all of the condos are pretty similar. This one had everything we needed. The host was quick to respond and this condo may have had the best view of all the ones where we have stayed and it is also really close to the pool and beach access.

Enjoying the last few days of summer break

The location is perfect. Just a short walk to beach and pool. This made it perfect to haul our things to the beach or come back for a snack. The owner was fast to reply to my questions and even refunded one of the days we could not get there. It was a good size for our family of 4. Anymore than that would be tight. It could use some updates, but overall everything was clean. If you are going to spend most of your time at the pool or beach this is the perfect spot.

Decent villa, but needs work.

The villa was decent - the location was awesome! You could see and hear the ocean from the balcony. The pool was awesome and a hit with the kids. The villa is on the small side, but that seems to be the norm with ocean front properties. The property is dated and has a couple issues such as peeling paint, a flickering light, etc. If you want to see the sunrise, you need to take a short walk to the beach as another hotel obscures the view of true east (where the sun rises), but it is a 2-minute walk. The first night was pretty miserable as there was an unknown smell that was overpowering in every room and gave my wife a bad migraine. The next afternoon, my middle child figured out it was coming from an oil-based fragrance plug-in. Once we unplugged it, the smell quickly left and it was bearable after that. Due to the great view of the ocean and how relaxing it was to listen to the ocean from the balcony, the property makes up for what it is lacking.

Ocean views

The views and proximity of the ocean is the best asset of this property. The condos are dated and small, but everything is clean, comfortable, and as described in the online listing. The owners were responsive and the kitchen was supplied with essentials. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to sit, inside or on the porch, looking out at the ocean all day long!
