We love this villa because of its screened in porch, its proximity to the beach, and the on-site tennis courts. It is only about a 5 minute (about a quarter mile) leisurely stroll through a wooded and shady path till your toes are in the sand! The screened in porch allows you to enjoy happy hour free from mosquitoes! And, the community has a set of private, recently resurfaced tennis and pickleball courts - No Fees! Just bring your own racquet and balls.

This villa is close to everything! We are tucked away in a small, quiet residential area (more homes, very few condos or hotels), so the beaches are far less crowded than other areas of the island. It’s also very close to Sea Pines (cars will require a gate fee - $10) and Coligny Plaza, for more dining and shopping options.

Property details:
Living Room: Freshly furnished with brand new couches and pillows. Cozy up to the new fireplace and enjoy the morning sun as it fills the air and cleanses your mind. The downstairs floors are fully tiled. Enjoy your favorite beach movie on the 46” LCD HD flatscreen TV with BluRay/DVD player. Or choose from the many HD Cable channels available. We also offer wireless internet access (wifi) which is accessible throughout the home (and easily reaches to the deck as well) at no additional cost.

Bedrooms: Both bedrooms are upstairs with hardwood floors. Come and enjoy the comfort of 400+ thread count sheets. The Master Bedroom has a comfortable KING sized mattress, and the Guest Bedroom has two twin sized mattresses. We also feature a daybed in the loft with new, comfy memory foam mattresses that can be converted to a king sized bed to accommodate additional guests (up to 6 total). Each of the bedrooms has a light and bright PRIVATE ensuite bathroom that were recently renovated.

If you have a small toddler or infant please feel free to use our pack-n-play portable crib. Just bring your own linens for the pack-n-play. We have little ones ourselves and this is our home away from home, so we've got all the gear needed to make this a comfortable and relaxing stay. Included for the kids: pack n'play, high chair, baby monitor, kids' plastic plates, cups, silverware. We also have a rail-attachment that converts the twin bed into a toddler-bed. An assortment of beach and pool toys are also available including sand toys, boogie-board, kick boards, and a puddle-jumper.

If you need to do any laundry we have a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience.

Kitchen: My Grandfather was a Chef, and so the kitchen is where we always congregate. We offer new, sharp knives, pots and pans, and plenty of plates and glassware. Of course we made sure to stock plenty of wine glasses for those that love wine like we do! Sit on the patio at the small table for two where you can enjoy your morning coffee and read the paper while looking out at the trees and bike path. Or enjoy happy hour free from those little pesky biters.

Dining Room: Feel like staying in? Set dinner for six in the dining room or enjoy the breeze on the deck. Don’t bother with lugging a high chair with you if you have a baby. We provide one free of charge!

Outdoor Living: Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the patio. Grill up some yummies on the gas grill. Don't worry about a little one running off to the pool, there is a gate on the deck to corral any free-rangers. Hit a few balls on the tennis courts or take a swim in the pool. With only 15 units, you are sure to enjoy the serenity of the shared space.

Working Space: For our guests on a working vacation, we offer a folding writing/laptop desk.
