We loved that everything was a 5 minute walk from the beach. The pool was not crowded and a fun alternative to the beach in the evening. We loved the accessibility of the bar and ice cream and the events planned for the evenings in the main building. The only thing that could have been better was transparency about the laundry facilities - for some those are not in their building and they will have to go to another building. Overall, this was a great value for the money. We would stay again!

Trip to this condo was great for our first time in Hilton Head! Staff was super helpful and the condo was quiet and fit our group of eight comfortably! Short walk to the beach and had a great view of the lagoon from balcony! Definitely will be back!

Easy to get into condo. Only thing is the unit was on 3rd floor. But it wasn’t a bad climb to the unit. Beds were comfortable and lots of them. Kids enjoyed bunk room and the space. Clean and very well maintained. Loved the lagoon view and not a far walk to the beach.

Everything was just as listed on the description. Everything was clean and they had plenty of games and movies to watch. The walk to the beach was a short 3ish minute walk.We did arrive on 2 separate cars so we needed to pay an additional $35 for a parking pass.

Everything was perfect. The only thing I would mention is this room is on the third floor and there is no elevator. Something people wit a lot of luggage and kids should be aware of. Other than that everything was exceptional

We stayed for a short getaway (Tues-Sun) and the condo was well-cared for, updated, and convenient to the beach/pool. Love that there was direct access to both! The pool was nice and had fun activities for the kids. Beds were comfy, and we appreciated having extra beach chairs for the kids. We saw an alligator on the grass from our balcony who appeared out of the lagoon the first day we arrived and the kids loved all the turtles. A few things that kept it from being 5 stars- 3rd floor was a haul with a family of 6. Wish there was a deadbolt from the inside to keep a curious toddler from opening the door over and over. All the cabinets were full of dishes so we didn't have anywhere to put groceries that didn't need refrigerated. I really, really wish there was a washer/dryer in the unit. It is too humid for beach towels to dry on the balcony, and I don't want to waste vacation time at the coin-op laundry on site. Otherwise, we enjoyed our first stay on HHI!
